I’ve worked with so many companies struggling with the same thing—trying to connect the dots in their data. But their issue extends beyond technical challenges—it’s the absence of key organizational elements that prevents them from truly unlocking the value of their data.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the scope of the project, but typically you can expect first results after 2 weeks for a smaller MVP, and 4-6 weeks for medium to large use cases.
I’m here to move things forward – but not by bulldozing what’s already working. By default, my approach is collaborative: I aim to onboard teams into the process early, build trust, and make sure people feel seen, not sidelined.
That said, if something needs a push, I know how to apply the necessary momentum. But always with balance and respect.
That depends on the problem we’re solving and the maturity of your current setup. We’ll define success metrics up front and you’ll be kept closely in the loop. For some projects it’ll take longer to measure an actual ROI, for others you’ll see it within months, sometimes even weeks.
No black box, no endless roadmap – just visible progress.
When the pain of not having one starts to slow you down. Or when you realize your data could be doing more for your business. Or when you experience technical limitations when building use cases.
More specifically: that might be when reporting becomes reactive, when teams struggle to align on numbers, or when new growth ideas get stuck because no one trusts the inputs.
In short: the right time is usually a moment of tension or ambition. I help you use that moment to build clarity, structure, and forward motion – without needing everything to be perfect first.
Yes – a data strategy won’t work if you’re only looking for a quick fix without being ready to rethink how data supports your business. Or if the goal is to tick a box rather than create real momentum. And a data initiative only works when there’s some openness to change – even if it’s small at first.
If you’re satisfied with this setup in general, we would take the lead on the initiative we scoped out and act as representative in front of your IT Organization. In case IT offers the necessary resources, we’d simply act as translator and enabler. If resources are not there to match the desired timeline, we can offer to onboard resources from our own teams, while ensuring compatibility & collaboration with your internal teams.
I’d generally prioritize momentum over building the perfect strategy or foundation. However, keep in mind the technical debt that’s been built, and balance out the value you’re getting to have an initiative realized faster vs. a potential migration at a later stage.
This depends on the type of initiative. If we speak about a typical reporting project as an example, then this might involve from your company: Business stakeholders to provide input & specifications, System owners and IT (Architecture, Infrastructure).
